The probability of at least one continental U.S. major hurricane landfall this season has risen slightly since late May.

Invest 97L is now in the Atlantic joining Invest 96L and NHC forecasters said if development comes it'll be next week.

Invest 96L showed some signs of "collapsed" shower activity, but still has a chance to develop sometime next week, NHC forecasters said.
