Tropical Storm Dexter has picked up some strength as it continues to drift away from the northeastern U.S. coast, while two other systems continue to brew in the Atlantic Ocean. The National Hurricane Center said in an advisory on Wednesday morning,

Forecasters say Tropical Storm Ivo has formed off the coast of southern Mexico in the eastern Pacific Ocean and could bring rain and rough surf to some areas.

Ivo was a tropical storm in the North Pacific Ocean Wednesday afternoon Eastern time, the National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory. Ivo is the ninth named storm to form in the Eastern Pacific in 2025.

Tropical Storm Dexter continues to move away from the East Coast but there are two other systems brewing in the Atlantic Ocean.

The National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Henriette has formed in the Pacific Ocean. Forecasters say Henriette is centered 895 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula on Monday.
