Heinz and Smoothie King have teamed up to release a first-ever tomato ketchup smoothie, blending fruit flavors with a tangy ketchup finish.

We all know the joke that a tomato is a fruit so ketchup is a smoothie. Now, thanks to Heinz and Smoothie King, you can enjoy an actual ketchup smoothie!

After launching a ketchup smoothie, Heinz and Smoothie King said they are bringing the concoction to Pittsburgh. “The home to HEINZ felt left out, but now, Pittsburgh is in on the fun!” the Tuesday announcement said.

“The Heinz Tomato Ketchup Smoothie blends sweet Acai sorbet, crisp apple juice, juicy strawberries, and tart raspberries with the unmistakable taste of Heinz Simply Ketchup,” the press release reads. “The result? A sweet and fruity smoothie with a bright, tangy ketchup finish, perfect for Heinz and smoothie lovers alike.”

It teamed up with Kraft Heinz for the "first-ever ketchup-based smoothie," made with real Heinz Simply Tomato ketchup. For $5.70, the 20-ounce drink combines Acai sorbet, apple juice, strawberries and raspberries with the "bright, tangy" finish of Heinz ketchup.
