Nashville SC went toe-to-toe with Premier League team Aston Villa, playing the English side to a 2-2 tie in a friendly match at Geodis Park on Aug. 2. In one sense, Nashville SC coach B.J. Callaghan wants to use Saturday’s friendly against English Premier Club Aston Villa as a litmus test.
