Fresh off surgery on his injured meniscus, Landon Dickerson played bartender at the Eagles-Browns joint practice Thursday.

Dickerson, who recently injured his right knee at practice, was wearing a brace while chatting with teammate Lane Johnson and Browns linemen Joel Bitonio and Wyatt Teller.

Dickerson, who is week-to-week after suffering a knee injury Sunday, had surgery Wednesday. He arrived Thursday bearing some cold refreshments for his teammates and members of the Browns.

More notable perhaps than the preseason game opponents cracking a beer on the practice field, was that Dickerson was walking around with a sleeve on his right leg following a procedure to fix up a meniscus issue.

The Browns beat the Eagles on two trick plays: a halfback pass across the field and a hook-and-ladder on a two-point conversion.
