The maniac arrested for allegedly opening fire in the parking lot of a Target in Texas, killing two adults and a child, was identified Tuesday — as cops released his bruised and bloodied mugshot.

Three people are dead and a suspect is in custody after a shooting at a North Austin Target. FOX 7 Austin's Katie Pratt spoke to people at the scene about the shooting. Austin police say that on August 11 at around 2:15 p.m., officers responded to calls of multiple shootings at the Target located at 8601 Research Boulevard.
