Chances are, San Francisco Fleet Week is going to look - and sound - a lot different this year. The government shutdown has halted all nonessential military operations, meaning the high-flying Blue Angels are grounded, and the fleet of U.S. Navy ships that were set to visit the city for the event remain anchored.
