Anthony Geary is remembering his longtime friend and costar, Tristan Rogers. Geary, who played Luke Spencer on General Hospital alongside Rogers' Robert Scorpio for many years, told TV Insider that news of Rogers' recent death at the age of 79 left him feeling "depressed."

Geary says he and his fellow soap star "knew the worst about each other, but for the most part, remained friends anyway."

Tristan Rogers, who starred as super spy Robert Scorpio on ABC’s “General Hospital,” one of the most popular daytime dramas of the 1980s, died Aug. 15, less than a month after he made a special appearance on the long-running soap opera.
