Kia recall of over 137,000 Soul, Selto vehicles audited by NHTSA
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said that it has opened an audit of the remedy for a recall of certain Kia vehicles. The agency announced Aug. 6 that it would conduct an audit into over 137,000 2021-2023 Seltos and Soul vehicles that were recalled in February for piston oil rings that may have been manufactured incorrectly.

Kia recalls 300K vehicles: See dealer ASAP
Kia owners can bring their affected vehicles to a local dealership for an inspection and if necessary, replacement of the parts for free. Notification letters about the recall will be sent to affected Kia owners by Sept. 26. Owners of the recalled cars can call Kia customer service at 800-333-4542 for more information.
