The Ravens are adding another familiar face to the roster, as the team is set to sign veteran tight end Scotty Washington. A big, physical tight end, the 6-foot-5, 240-pound Washington was on Baltimore’s practice squad the last two years and will return with Isaiah Likely rehabbing a surgically repaired foot.
